I had procured several bids from other companies and found all to be competitive in price and warranty. After asking the companies questions regarding the work, I found some to be untruthful and dishonest. After finding this out, I chose your company to do the work.

I found the entire process to be a good experience. The workmanship of your employee’s is to be commended. They are not only professional in what they do but also concerned to answer any inquiry I had and explain any process that they were doing.

I am sending you this letter as a testimonial of the work provided by your company. The initial meeting was with your sales rep, Craig Andrews, he was really good with all questions I had. I was unsure of the color base of the plaster and he was confident that a white base would produce a nice sky blue look that I wanted. The setup of the job was well coordinated by your office and the workers were on time and worked timely to complete the job., I was very impressed with the cleanup after the job was finished. The final product is great, the look is exactly what i was looking for. I would be pleased to refer your company to anyone who is in need of a pool plastering. Thank you for a job well done.

I had BND come to my home for an estimate to resurface my
pool and spa. My salesman was Bob Petranovich who was very courteous and on time. I accepted his price and in two days your team came to my home to chip out my pool and spa. In 10 years I have never had a nicer clean up. On 3/22 your next team came to plaster my pool again everything went very smoothly and they did a wonderful job, they too left my home very neat and clean. I just wanted to commend your entire staff from the estimator to di in scheduling to your team out in the field. I want to thank you for our "new" pool. My daughters 12 & 8 preferred to swim at the neighbors' pools rather than walk on the old pebble surface of our pool. I cannot blame them - it was very tough on the feet.

The landscaping goes in in another week or so; then we will finally have a very nice back yard - after almost three years of deciding to buy this place and not knowing how it would turn out. My wife has the "vision" - not me and she keeps reminding me of that!
